Khajurajo Temple complex is beautifully preserved and the town of Khajurajo is located next to it. Not knowing our way around we took a taxi ( to what would have been 3 blocks) and the driver took us all over the countryside before at last revealing that our destination had only been a stones thow away!

The Khajurajo Temple Complex is known for the erotic sculptures that adorn the outside of the temple buildings (which I seem to have missed). My failure to notice them is astounding in light of the fact that everyone else was looking at them with me right there, being oblivious!
